AMPE SPORTS PROGRAMMES
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
The Ampe Sports Global Foundation (ASG Foundation) is an extension of the Cultural Games Association’s initiative designed to support participants in the Ampe Sports professional and personal development. The Foundation’s training offers research-based education for Ampe Sports managers and this is done in conjunction with the Cultural Games Association.
The ASG Foundation development program is an additional offer that has been created to develop students’ and matured participants in the Ampe Sports skills, knowledge, capability and cultural sports career orientation. The training and development program focuses on lectures, presentations, demonstrations in field-practices and in-class learning. The advanced training with topics covering sports science, communication for business practice, sports and event management and arts and culture research can be credited and also be considered as Cultural Games and Ampe Sports Modules for Ampe Sports executives and managers.
The basic and advanced topics for the students’/matured players and the sports managers respectively may include the following:
- Effective Communication
- Introduction to Cultural Games and Ampe Sports
- Sports Business Research
- Advanced Practice in Speaking in Public
- Cultural Games Program Development and Event Funding
LEADERSHIP

Ampe Sports Global Ambassador
The ASG Foundation describes the Ampe Sports Global Ambassador as ‘‘Ampe General of Cultural Games (AGCG)’’ who functions in that capacity, maintains diplomatic relations with foreign missions and reach out to sponsors, investors and cultural or traditional sports advisers in the course of the promotions of the Ampe Sports in both locally and abroad
Executive Director
Design leadership structures and lines of effective communication in prior consultation with the governing Board to result in the Foundation’s good service
Finance Director
Considered to be highly professional and keeper of the ASG Foundation’s accounts, the director of finance with the Board and other executives of the Foundation to receive financial services for the establishment.
International Relations Director
The designation of this position is essential to other directors and most importantly, the Ampe Global Ambassador as the International Relations Director receives information and updates on promotional materials, interest in corporate partnership and business news from abroad and local newsletters and website pages.
Research Director
The work of the research director may commence with the advise and guide from other executive directors who will be interested in the identification subject of the ASG Foundation’s business development
Communications Director
Plans and accept information releases from the governing Board and other executive directors for public updates and responses
Development Director
Receive instructions and guide from the governing Board, pursue the development service based on the instructional updates and implement strategies that enhance the ASG Foundation business growth and development.
WOMEN IN SPORTS CORPS
The governing Board, Directors, Advisers and Volunteers of the ASG Foundation are passionate about the development and increase in the number of women in sports and most interestingly, the Ampe Sports of the Cultural Games. The Ampe Sports Global Foundation was established to unlock girls and women capacity in sports through the organization and promotion of competitive women sports. The Women in Sports Corps is a body in the ASG Foundation that is guided by the Foundation’s objectives to create a system in cultural/ traditional sports in which every girl or woman are encouraged to participate in cultural games and sports for healthy life, attractive rewards and honours, sports business opportunities and general good life-changing for now and the future.
